cannot change status of a bug (in some projects yes and others not)

I'm unable to change the status of a bug, the dropdown list contains only "in specification" but in some other projects I'm able to do it. Why is this?

I checked that I'm project admin into both projects... and it seems that these tasks are not depending on other processes (nothing into relationships)

Why could it be so?

I discovered that there is a workaround passing through the backlog page where I can set the status to closed.... so either there is an unconsistency or its a bug...

After that I discovered that this behaviour happens only when creating the bug-report or task into the work-packages list. When creating it from backlogs it doesn't happen

I'll let a bug report
