**I want to** be able to log time for the past when clicking the button "start new timer".
**so that** I can more easily track my time when I forgot to start the timer before I started working on the work package.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Begin of the insertionOnce I start tracking the time on a work package I can modify that time running entry.

* To modify it, it opens a modal in which I can change the start time and save it.
