**As** a project manager
**I want to** allocate team members to individual work packages
**so that** I have an overview of the focus topics of my team.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Use case 1: Allocate a user 40 h on work package for the next two weeks -> The 40 h are evenly distributed on all work days.
* Use case 2: Delete resource allocation.
* Use case 3: The planned allocations "focus topics" are shown in the personal time tracking calendar (status planned)
* Use case 4: The user converts the planned allocations from planned to actual per day.
**Permissions and visibility considerations**
* New permissions:
* Edit all resource allocations
* Edit own resource allocations
* View all resource allocations
* View own resource allocation

* Focus meetings <br>
