### Steps to reproduce

1. On any work package, go to the 'Relations' tab

2. Create new a child using the "+ Relation" button

3. Once the child is created, try scrolling the page


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The whole page scrolls, including the right pane, even if the focus is on the main left side Begin of the insertion

* The right pane (Relations tab) does not scroll to show the newly-added childEnd of the insertion


### What is the expected behavior?

* The left and right panes scroll independantly Begin of the insertion

* The right pane (Relations tab) auto-scrolls to display the newly-added child

* As previously implemented for other relations here: ##59769
