**Acceptance criteria**
* In the relations tab (including in the date picker), when dates need to be displayed (relations of type children, predecessor or successor): picker):
* For any work package that has the same start and end dates, we will show it as a single date (not a range)
* This is also true, naturally, for milestones
**Permissions and Visibility considerations**
* Visibilty limits are handled by ghost relations: ##58427
