### Steps to reproduce
1. Create a cost report in Browser A with a date filter for December 2024 and save this one.
2. Open this cost report in another browser B and change the date range to January 2025 (without saving).
3. Press "Apply"
4. Reload the cost report in Browser A.
### What is the buggy behavior?
The cost report is saved by changing a filter without clicking on save.
### What is the expected behavior?
Only after saving the change the new filter setting is stored.
