**As** a user
**I want to** view the new start\_time - end\_time values in the cost report table and export them into an Excel file
**so that** the data is exported and visible
**Acceptance criteria**
**If activated:**
**Feature flag:** [**https://qa.openproject-edge.com/admin/settings/experimental**](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/admin/settings/experimental) **"track\_start\_and\_end\_times\_for\_time\_entries"**
**Setting:** [**https://qa.openproject-edge.com/admin/costs**](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/admin/costs) "**allow\_tracking\_start\_and\_end\_times"** activated by \`Setting.allow\_tracking\_start\_and\_end\_times\`**
* Cost query view: If the unit "Labor" is selected and no grouping is selected, a new column "Time" with capacity to mark a +1d if the logged time expands multiple days (as in the PDF timesheet export)
