**As** a project member
**I want to** be able to see that a work package has a Begin of the insertionrelation,End of the insertion Begin of the deletion relation (especially when it's a prodecessor/successor relation),End of the deletion and the dates of that related work package 
**even if** I don't have the permissions to view the details of that work package
**so that** I have the necessary context to why a work package is scheduled in a certain way

**Acceptance criteria**

* In the _Relations_ tab in work Begin of the insertionpackagesEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion packages,End of the deletion or Begin of the insertionnEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion the _Predecessors_ and _Successors_ tabs inEnd of the deletion the date picker:

* Show entries for related work packages that the current user does not have the permission to view

* Do not show/leak any information other than:

* Start date

* Finish date

* Lag (if present)

* These "ghost relations" appear different from other relations:

* They are more muted and cannot be interacted with

* They tell the user that the work package is invisible to them due to permissions
