**As** a user
**I want to** view the new start\_time - end\_time values in the cost report table and export them into an Excel file
**so that** the data is exported and visible fully
**Acceptance criteria**
* a new column "Time" with capacity to mark a +1d if the logged time expands multiple days (as in the PDF timesheet export)
* to the cost report view
* to the XLS export (split into start time | end time)
