**As** a user
**I want to** view export the new start\_time - end\_time values timesheets in XLS the cost report table and export them into an Excel file same way I do it for PDF
**so that** the I don't need to contrast data is exported fully manually between timesheets
**Acceptance criteria**
* Use the user as main group criteria to organise the timesheet. Add them as a new column "Time" first row before the table with the data comes.
* Organise the table inside of the XLS exported the same way that is done in the PDF timesheet export:
* **1st column:** Date: can expand multiple rows (combined in one) if multiple work packages are present.
* **2nd column:** Work packages: can multiline if subject is long. If there is a comment add this as a row bellow and remove the top line of the cell.
* **3rd column:** Time: in the format of the instance and with capacity to mark a +1d if the logged time expands multiple days (as in the PDF timesheet export)
