**I want to** log time on the go through my mobile app
**So that** I don't have to go on the web app
### Acceptance criteria
* The user can log time for himself on the work packages.
* There is a new action on the more icon on the top bar inside of a work package to log time.
* The action opens a dialog with the basic information to log time into that work package:
* Date
* Hours
* Activity
* Comment (text area)
* Once the user saves the information the dialog closes and a toast appears confirming the action, also has an "Undo" action.
* Ensure that the logged time is communicated to the backend.
### Out of Scope
* No log of costs is needed in mobile.
* Log time for other users.
* Log time outside of work packages.
* See logged time anywhere in the app.
