**As** a meeting creator
**I want to** invite groups
**so that** the meeting creation process is simplified (especially for recurring meetings).
**Acceptance criteria**
* Replace list of all project users in the dialog with an autocompleter and table, similar to the sharing dialog
* \[open\] Change attending/invited status of the participant to a primer dropdown / toggle?
* \[open\] Allow override of sending out emails when inviting new participants
* Group selection possible in the meeting creation/editing dialog
