# Problem
* With the intoduction of the PageHeader and SubHeader in the notification center, we loose a lot of vertical space

# Acceptance
* The new split screen will behave differently than the old one:
* It spans the whole height of the content (the white area)
* The PageHeader is thus limited in width, but not overlapped by the split screen
* The left hand content is scrollable
* This is only applied at the notification center not at the old split screen pages (e.g. WorkPackages)
* The actual content of the split screen remains unchanged for now (please ignore that part in the visuals)
