### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to the project index page
### What is the buggy behavior?
* Take a look at the links on the page, in particular the links in the top right action menu e.g. for exporting: Those links are not marked to be excluded by robots
### What is the expected behavior?
* The links should be excluded from indexing by robots
**Hint for QA**
This ticket is supposed to set the attribute `rel="nofollow"` on the following items of the more menu on the upper right corner of the project lists:
* Export
* Configure view
* Overall activity
