With <mention class="mention" data-id="55632" data-type="work_package" data-text="#55632">#55632</mention> merged, mobile behavior does not work as expected anymore as the split screen opens from the turbo request. This is an opportunity to address this in CSS, rather than having a diverging behavior between desktop and mobile
**Decision:** On the mobile version of Notification center, use the new split screen as full screen. This means that the full screen view on Notification center will be different from everywhere else (eg. Work packge list view, Boards...), but we accept this for now.
**Note:** We'll have to figure out what UX model we base the "open" and "close" interactions on (drill down, bottom sheet, modal...).
### Acceptance
* [ ] Clicking a notification item technically opens the split screen (like in desktop), to be seen in the URL
* [ ] The split screen spans the whole width of the screen
* [ ] Closing the split screen via the "x" gets you back to the same view you saw before
