* Currently the split screen does not look very nice in combination with the PageHeader

# Expected

* This tickets aims for quick improvements on the design, so no big rework of how the split screen works (see open questions)

* The split screen should be improved according to the visuals

* The notification rows are boxed.

* The split screen has rounded corners at the top

* The split screen is not glued to the tight side of the screen any more
