**As** an admin
**I want to** know if anyone changed app settings without telling anyone (the global ones, not the personal ones)
**so that** I can exclude human interference/responsibility of dysfunction of the integration.
**Acceptance criteria**
* If audit.log is not configured for the OpenProject intergration app on Nextlcoud, show a warning in the OpenProject intergration app settings
