### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to create/copy projects

2. Go Begin of the insertionto aEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion Project>End of the deletion Project Begin of the insertion> ProjectEnd of the insertion settings Begin of the insertion

1. The project must have a setting set `deactivate_work_package_attachments` true or false, this is achieved by triggering the switch at `Project settings > Files > Attachments` at least once.

End of the deletion 3. Click on the upper button 'Copy'

4. On the copy form, add a name for the copied project and Save


### What is the buggy behavior?_:_

* Copying fails

* User sees error message about settings


### What is the expected behavior?

1. No error message

2. User can copy project successfully
