**As** a mobile app user
**I want to** have a quick access to the most relevant work
**so that** I don't need to navigate through the app to find relevant work
### **Acceptance criteria**
* Add a new tab on the first position called "Home"
* Move the user settings tab to the top navigation as avatar on the top right corner
* Inside of the Home tab the users will see:
* The projects they've marked as favourites.
* The most recent viewed work packages in a chronological order until a limit of 20 work packages.
* If the user enters for the first time this instance and therefore doesn't have Favourite projects or recently viewed work packages an empty state for each section will be displayed.
* For first time app users a dismissible message modal will be displayed explaining what the app can do and its limitations.
