### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with to create and edit meetings

2. Go to Project > Meetings

3. Either create a new dynamic meeting or edit an existing one

4. Create a meeting section and add agenda items to it


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Delete button is greyed out

* User can't delete section


### What is the expected behavior?

1. User should be able to delete a meeting section regardless if there are agenda items associated with it or not Begin of the insertion

2. Deleting a section with agenda items will delete all of the agenda items

1. There is a browser confirmation dialog explaining that to the user with the following text: "Deleting the section will also delete all of its agenda items. Are you sure you want to do this?"
