**As** a passionate OpenProject user
**I want** to have a Dark mode
**so that** it does not hurt my eyes while working with the software.

**Acceptance criteria**
* In "My account" → "Settings" → "Mode", add an option "Dark"
* When selecting the Administration -> Design, Theme: have the possiblity to switch between Light mode and Dark mode, it is only changed for that user, not for the whole instance mode.
* The colors of header and current Light mode will be removed (light mode will be the sidebar remain unchanged for now, as they are an essential part of OpenProject mode) the branding and can't current Dark mode will be easily calculated renamed to work fine with a dark mode. OpenProject blue
* The `primary_button` and the`accent` color are calculated to a brighter version so that they work on darker backgrounds
