### Problem

1. The Admin/Design page is really hard to understand and configure
2. With the introduction of Primer, we slowly want to move towards their colour scheme and thus limit the possible configurations for the user to some key variables

### **Acceptance criteria**

* In Administration -> Design:
* Begin of the insertionThe colour token "Primary dark" is removed as primer already provides the calculation for hover and pressed for the buttons (like we already do for alternative colour on hover).
* End of the insertion Both "Primary" and Begin of the insertion"Alternative"End of the insertion Begin of the deletion "Accent"End of the deletion colour tokens will be combined and renamed to "Primary button". This will force that all primary buttons in the app follow a single colour as Primer requests. Begin of the insertion

* Make Primer links follow custom themes
* Tackle the very few remaining (on the home page) outlined buttons in the app in
