### Problem
1. The Admin/Design page is really hard to understand and configure
2. With the introduction of Primer, we slowly want to move towards their colour scheme and thus limit the possible configurations for the user to some key variables
### **Acceptance criteria**
* In Administration -> Design:
* The colour token "Primary dark" is removed as primer already provides the calculation for hover and pressed for the buttons (like we already do for alternative colour on hover).
* Both "Primary" and "Alternative" "Accent" colour tokens will be combined and renamed to "Primary button". This will force that all primary buttons in the app follow a single colour as Primer requests.
* The colour token "Primary dark" is removed as primer already provides the calculation for hover and pressed for the buttons (like we already do for alternative colour on hover).
* For the migration of all those clients who are already using custom theming the current value for "Accent" will be the one used in "Primary button".
* "Link font" will be renamed to "Accent" as it will be the base for other calculated variables (e.g for checked controls as the toggle)
* The description will be changed to: TBD
### Out of scope
* Make Primer links follow custom themes
* Tackle the very few remaining (on the home page) outlined buttons in the app in
