Begin of the insertion**As one goal is to eventually be able to do baseline comparison for work progress values, we can not get rid of the derived value data in journals, and have to reject this feature proposition.**

**Acceptance criteria**

* When changing Work or Estimated work of a work package, its parent has the sum values updated but does not record any activity.
* A migration removes this information from journals to keep existing histories cleaner.
