### Steps to reproduce
1. Use a mobile screen size
2. Go to the WP module of a project
2. 3. Double-Click (The WPs should be shown as cards, which is correct)
4. Click on one WP to see the details
### What is the buggy behavior?
* It seems as if there are some styles not correctly applied The WP is opened, but the right side panel completely blocks the actual content
* If you manually refresh, it looks like expected
* Examples:
* On desktop size, the two panels are not scrollable indenpendently. So if the activity is very long, there is a lot of white space on the left side
* On mobile, the right side panel completely blocks the actual content
### <img class="op-uc-image op-uc-image_inline" style="width:276px;" style="width:417px;" src="/api/v3/attachments/88486/content">
### What is the expected behavior?
* The styles should be loaded correctly when switching between the angular states and not only with a hard refresh
* On desktop: the two panels should be scrollable individually
* On mobile: The right side should be moved below the content so that I can see the important attributes directly
