Work, Remaining Work and % Complete fields must be editable for any work package, regardless of having a child or not. (Before that, the work, remaining work and the % complete of a work package with children could not be edited)

* when "Work" is set to 0h, value should be Begin of the insertionunset (setEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion setEnd of the deletion to Begin of the insertion`nil`), and "Remaining Work" should be unset as wellEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion \`nil\`End of the deletion
* when "Remaining Work" is set to 0h, it should stay Begin of the insertion0h. It cannot be set toEnd of the insertion 0h Begin of the insertionif "Work" is not set.
