**Reason for new ticket:**
In _Please write down the previous ticket I was under the impression that git pullsolved the issues, it however did not. I added a comment and did not receive a response as the ticket was closed.
**Steps steps to reproduce:** reproduce. Try to write down all necessary preconditions (what permissions do you have, are other users involved?). Example:_
1. Start new OpenProject v12 instance Login as a user with permissions to manage members in project A
2. Restore backup from OpenProject v12 instance Go to the members page
3. Login with non-admin user Click on "Add new member"
4. Attempt to copy project Type the folllowing string: "foo@example.org"
