### Steps to reproduce
1. Access Notification Center on a mobile device
2. Tap on a notification to view details
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The corresponding work package is opened, but the activity that generated that notification is not immediately clear; the user has to scroll to the activity section.
### What is the expected behavior?
* Accessing a work package via the Notification center on mobile should result in an automatic scroll to the Activity section of the page.
* Accessing a work package via any other place (e.g. the work package table) on mobile should **not** result in an automatic scroll to the Activity section of the page.

### Environment information
Edge, Mobile Firefox on iOS (but the behaviour is platform-independent).
