OpenProject allows to choose the start day of the week to be either Saturday, Sunday or Monday. This works as long as the user language is German.
However, if it is English, the start of the week is always Sunday.
<ins>Steps to reproduce</ins>
1. Set the user’s language to English under “My Account”
2. Go to Administration -\> Settings -\> Display
3. Set “Start calendars on” to *Monday*
4. Update/Create an arbitrary work package and set e.g. the start date
