### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: <VERSION> / Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language:
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? ([Click here for information on how to open your browser's console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/a/77337)) For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) ([click here for details](https://docs.openproject.org/installation-and-operations/operation/monitoring/#show-logs)) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? Please attach error output in these log files if applicable
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to notification center.
2. Clicking on the mark as read button in the last notifcation on the last row.
### **Actual Behavior**
* The row disappears.
* The split view is still open.
* The number is not updated in the header.

### **Expected Behavior**
* The badge in the header is updated.
**Out of scope**
* The split view is closed.
* The notification center is shown in an empty state.
