**Acceptance criteria**
* After clicking the button "Mark as read" in a notification the next notification is opened.

**Out of scope**
* Notification rows in the Inbox have a Button "Mark as read". (<mention class="mention" data-id="38339" data-type="work_package" data-text="#38339">#38339</mention>)
* In the toolbar in the splitview there is a Button "Mark as read". (<mention class="mention" data-id="38339" data-type="work_package" data-text="#38339">#38339</mention>)
* When a work package activity is opened the notifications are not automatically set to "read". The main reason is because the user wouldn't know what has been changed. (<mention class="mention" data-id="38339" data-type="work_package" data-text="#38339">#38339</mention>)
* After clicking the button "Mark as read" in a notification the next notification is opened.

* Do we remove Read notifications automatically from the Inbox?
* Pro: Easy workflow to empty my inbox.
* Con: Difficult to undo the action
* How do we revert the status from _Read_ to _Unread?_
* Option 1: For each update the read status can be set manually in _Activity_ tab.
* Option 2: There is a button that marks all activities of a grouped Notification row to status "unread".
* After clicking the button "Mark as read" in a notification the next notification is opened.
