### **Steps to reproduce:**

1. Begin of the insertionSet OpenProject to English
2. End of the insertion Go to My Page and add Begin of the insertiontheEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion MEnd of the deletion spent time widget
Begin of the insertion3.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion 2.End of the deletion Log time with a comma, e.g. "1,5"; "1,234"; "1,234.5" and click on save

### **Actual Behavior**

Entering a time with comma works fine. No error message.

However, after saving all the hours mentioned above are reduced to 1 hour.

Either there&#39;s an error message or numbers can be inserted with a comma. Begin of the insertion
