As an OpenProject user
I want a work package to start earlier (i.e. change its start date to an earlier date) if its predecessor was completed ahead of time
so that I can see and use freed time resources.

As an OpenProject user
I want to receive an optical hint (e.g. freed up space or a marker in the Gantt chart) if a work package was completed ahead of time
so that I can see and use freed time resources and e.g. start its follower earlier than planned.
##### **Use Case**
Work package #1 was supposed to start January 1 and be finished February 28. Now it's already finished at January 31. This gives room to start the depending, following work package #2 (and its followers and children) earlier. Therefore it is necessary to become aware of this opportunity.
##### **To be discussed**
It could make sense to implement <mention class="mention" data-id="#24963" data-type="work_package" data-text="#24963">#24963</mention> before implementing this.
