### Pain point

When Begin of the insertiona table (e.g.End of the insertion the list of Begin of the insertionprojects)End of the insertion Begin of the deletion projectsEnd of the deletion is very long and you have to scroll, you loose the table headers as well as the toolbar buttons

### Expected

* Make the inner part of the table scrollable and the table header sticky.
* Thus you will always see the table header as well as the toolbar Begin of the insertion
* This should be settable for all tables where we want this effect, with a modifier class.End of the insertion
