Begin of the insertion### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to module "News" 
2. Click on "+News"
3. (Same steps for module "Forum" --> "+Forum")

### Actual behavior

End of the insertion * The line above the buttons is inconsistent with other forms. We need to remove Begin of the insertionit (see screenshots)
