Your OpenProject Version: Community edition **OpenProject 10.4.1** (PostgreSQL)
OS Mojave / Firefox / English:

No console browser errors.
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. In ### 1\. In a context where you don't want project admins to see any financials, we unchecked the boxes regarding hourly rates and budget costs in the roles and permissions section for project admins role
### **Actual Behaviour**
No money figures appear in the budget detailed view but project admins can still find out the costs of a certain person by going into the high level budget view (PLANNED-SPENT-AVAILABLE). If they have one person log an hour, they can see what and how much changes and thus, especially in small projects, easily find out the hourly rate of people.
### **Expected Behavior**
Not allowing project admins any workaround in the general view to figure out any financials, and only see hours to avoid it.
