In our office (we are no software developing company) are many people with no knowledge about "how to setup 'My Site' properly". Because its no possible to create and maintain the "My Site" for all users but just for myself, an Admin has to ask for the password of the user or reset the password in order to fix problems with the "My Site"
We are using the "My Site" as a personal "To-Do"-List. Its just another view onto all these projects a person is involved to.
I think our workaround is a security flaw and should be fixed with the possibility of a central maintained "MySite"-Template or a impersonation-Function for system admins.
We are proud to support the project with our enterprise version.

It would probably also make sense to add proper seed data for the MyPage.
