### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a new instance with new demo data
2. Drag the members widget below the graph widget
3. Start dragging again
### **Actual Behavior**
* The graph widget jumps between the top and the bottom causing an ugly flickering effect.
### **Expected Behavior**
* No flickering
