**I want** a slack integration
**so that** I can see OpenProject activity in slack.

There is a [plugin](https://community.openproject.com/There%20is%20an%20existing%20openproject-slack%20plugin.) already. We shall implement the features from that plugin.
The main feature being:
* post notifications to a configured channel (specific channel per project or default) when work packages are created or updated
