### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: unreleased/dev
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to the WP page
1. There should be parents and child WP
2. Disable the hierarchy
3. Manually sort the **flat** list so that for example a child is before a parent
4. Activate the Card view
### **Actual Behavior**
* The order is weird, it seems as if first all parents, then all children are listed
### **Expected Behavior**
* The order of the flat list is applied
