### Expected
* In the board view, the assignee of a card shall be selectable via a small dropdown directly in the board.
* On hover, there shall be small icons at the bottom of the card. When clicking on the calendar, a dropdown with the user autocompleter shall appear, which sets the assignee of the WP.
* When an assignee is already set, the avatar shall be shown all the time. On click the dropdown with the autocompleter appears.
