### Steps to reproduce
* Create a CF which is searchable and enabled in all projects
* Create a new action board and filter for the CF
* Disable the CF for all projects per default
* Enable it in the project with the board
### Actual
* The board filter section is broken
* There is no indicator, and the CF filter cannot be seen
* There is an error on console:
```text
Failed to find filter for cf_43: Queries::Filters::MissingError
Falling back to non-existing filter.
```
