### Current situation
* In the scope of https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/6937 a generic resize component was introduced.
* The mainMenuResizer already uses this component
### Expected
* Refactor the WpResizer to use this generic component, too.
* Take care that the the wp resizer works afterwards in Safari / iOS (This is the reason for the additional touch events there)
