### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to a WP full screen page with a long activity in Safari or MS Edge
2. Scroll the activity pane
### Actual behavior
- **MS Edge**: The resizer is not sticky and scrolls with the content
- **Safari**: The resizer first stays in position and scrolls after a certain point with the content. When clicking onto an activity the resizer jumps back and behaves normally afterwards.
### Expected behavior
- The resizer should stay at the middle of the pane, independently of the content (like in Chrome or FF).
