### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to a forum entry
2. Click the quote button
### Actual behavior
- The local seems to be wrong (see screenshot). The set language is English, but in the editor it is French. I do not know whether this has something to do with the language of the original poster or not..
### Expected behavior
- The language should be the same as the users.
