### Current behavior
- On the new sidebar there are some accessibility issues we should take care of:
- The label to expand/collapse of the hamburger and the resizer icon always says "Expand/Collapse project menu. This is not very clear for blind users.
- The arrows to collapse a hierarchy tree (e.g. on a wiki page with a hierarchy in the table of contents) cannot be used via keyboard. On Click they collapse, on enter nothing happens.
- On the WP page: When tabbing through the details navigation you cannot reach the actual content of the page. The focus just gets lost somewhere.
### Expected behavior
- The label of the icon should change according to the state.
- The arrows to collapse the hierarchy tree shall be accessible via keyboard.
- After the end of the details navigation is reached by tab the content shall get the focus.
