### Steps to reproduce
- Open the WP config modal (settings icon in the WP table)
### Actual behavior
- In Chrome the EE banner is not correctly shown.
- The content is not scrollable.
### Expected behavior
- Content is visible on every browser and screen size.
- Check for accessibility.
