### Steps to reproduce
- Go to Admin/Custom Action
- Edit an existing or create a new action
### Actual behavior
- The actions section is empty
- There are errors on the console
- Happens on Chrome & FF, locally and on qa.edge
- It **does not** occur on MS Edge (locally and qa.edge)
### Expected behavior
- No errors
- The action section is shown
- Go to Admin/Custom Action
