Summary: When updating a work package it is optional to log the spent time. Due to this bug, that becomes mandatory if a default value is defined for the *Activity* enumeration.
### Reproduction
1. Set a default value for activities under Administration -\> Enumerations -\> Activities (time tracking)
2. Update any given ticket as you would usually do, i.e. without logging any time \[1\]
### Expected behaviour
The update should be saved.
### Actual behaviour
The update fails with the error ‘invalid log time’ \[2\].
This does not happen when there is no default value because then no Activity is pre-selected \[3\].
