### Preconditions
- Safari is used
- The comments are shown in chronological order.
- There is a ticket with a long activity.
### Steps to reproduce
- Open the ticket in full view mode
- Scroll down to the comment field in the activity tab.
- Click into the comment field.
### Actual behavior
- The whole page can be scrolled although there is no content (see video)
- Once the field is closed the scroll behavior is normal again.
### Expected behavior
- Opening the comment field should have no influence on the page size.
