### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to WP page
### Actual behavior
- The distance to the left und the top is too small.
- The distance below the tabs in the split view is too big.
- When hovering over the first column the last row of the table is highlighted too.
### Expected behavior
- Correct distances and take care that they match the requirements in \#25070
- Correct highlighting.
